The best one Favourite Manga They all suck	Impossible to say, considering that rage boosts fluctuate. If you were take the average of all of Gohan's rage boosts, even excluding the 700~1300x ones in the Saiyan saga against Raditz, and give the result to Cell, then Cell prolly wins.

It'll save a lot of trouble. As for your thread; I'll keep it open if you can give Cell a rage boost equivalent to someone else at a specific point in the story. Example: Gohan at Raditz. 1-710(upset)-1307(ragin' like crazy) or something like that. Tell me what's up.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	Honestly it would only take about 1.3x increase (Maybe even just 1.2x) for Cell to get passed Vegeta. If you give him one of Gohan's insane 1,000x+ boosts or whatever, he's going to tear through any SSJ2 tier character, probably tear through Fat Buu and SSj3 Goku and potentially (depending on your numbers) get up to Super Buu. Overall, it's not going to take a very large rage boost for him to surpass SSj2 Majin Vegeta.

Yes , but Gohan's 710 was also somewhat a power from his rage boost .... isnt it ? his power went down to 1 or 2 after he hit raditz True, but it's just a way to show that even the smallest rage boost (With a viable numbers that can be worked with) are going to be more than enough for Cell to get way passed Vegeta. And when you have a rage boost that was equal to Gohan's against Raditz you either get... 1.8x (For the 710-1300+) 710x (For calm to enraged) to a whopping 1300x from initial to the level he was when he attacked Raditz) Either way nothing short of an amped Final Flash is doing anything in the first scenario and it would be sadistically misfortunate to even bring up what would happen in the last two scenarios.
